At TYMO Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your styling tools, we offer a 30-day return policy for products in their original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your TYMO tools in their original box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
